I'm a fair-minded guy and I'm not stuffy or particularly hard to please, so while some little imperfections may weigh into the ratings, I might not even notice others that would be cause for complaint by a fussier sort of person .

Menu	As the name implies, the menu is limited to Noodle soups, a few appetizers and a limited range of entrees such as Lemon Grass Chicken.
Food Quality	Very good
Preparation	Very good
Ambiance	New with very few decorations, giving a very clean but cold feel.
Service	Fast and friendly.
Cost	Inexpensive
Comments	A great choice for lunch. The limited menu with few options which are not mostly noodles and rice makes it less appealing for dinner.
