Breakfasts at our Comox BC B&B, Copes Islander Oceanfront Bed and Breakfast, are best faced with a preparedness for self-indulgence.
Our guests sometimes wonder when the army of loggers will arrive to help consume the array of dishes Patti parades to the table. While it may seem at first a daunting task to make a dent in the generously proportioned platters issueing forth from the kitchen, our guests usually surprise themselves in the end to discover that they can find room to sample everything.

New photographs of Patti's creations will be added to this page as soon as feasable.
( It's been a bit of a logistical challenge to try to orchestrate a photo shoot of the food in the midst of breakfast preparation in a way that does the dishes justice and still allows the food to arrive hot and on time to the table.)
