Preparation	Excellent
Ambiance	Japenese style: counter seating open to kitchen  so you can watch chefs prepare food, also screened booths.
Service	servers are attentive, but prepare to wait; food is prepared from scratch
Cost	high end of moderate
Comments	Consistantly excellent food quality and preparation.
